This month, I want to talk about The Consciousness of Aging. I presented this work at an Earth-Keeper conference a few years ago and believe it is just as timely today as it was then.
We are Divine Beings of Light having a physical experience; we are a sacred aspect of Spirit. Our belief systems have everything to do with our aging process, health issues, as well as other issues, and our ability to heal. Surrender your separated self with its free will (ego, pride, and fear) to Divine Will. Everything in the 5th dimension is manifested through powerful positive intent. Our physical body is animated by a spiritual body which is made of light and is energetic in nature- referred to as our etheric body or light body. It doesn’t matter what age you are or what health issues you have; you can begin to work at any time with the spiritual energy of your body.
According to Bryan DeFlores – we can live in a state of physical, mental, and emotional perfection by following, among other things, these 4 keys:
- Realizing that most illnesses and diseases are caused by mental and emotional stress. This stress is caused by many imbalanced and fear-based attitudes, beliefs, and thoughts.
- The understanding that vibrational healing and many other spiritual technologies can remove genetic disease patterns and clear negative cellular memory.
- Trusting the innate wisdom of the body and its ability to guide you through the healing and acceleration process
- Activation of the perfected Master Cell existing within each physical body.

This cell is 5th-dimensional in nature and is located in the pineal gland in the center of the head. It holds the original divine perfection of the human blueprint. When a level of consciousness is achieved, it awakens and begins to instruct the other cellular structures within the body to begin transforming into a more perfected state.
