Thoughts Are Things, Choose The Good Ones!!

Are your thoughts negatively impacting your job or homelife?
Do you find yourself thinking negatively about yourself, your circumstances or others?
Negative self thinking can sabotage your self image, your career and your relationships.
Constant thoughts of ‘I’m not good enough” “I’m so stupid”, I’m too fat, I’m too thin, I’m ugly, I’m so old, I hate this or that, I hate that person….
Why did they get the __________ instead of me? Fill in the blank, job, promotion, spouse, new car, vacation, etc

We think our thoughts are harmless, that no one knows what we are thinking and as long as we keep our thoughts to ourselves, no harm no foul.
Nothing could be further from the truth.
If this pertains to you, consider keeping a journal and when you notice you have a negative thought, jot it down. Do this for a week and you may see a pattern in your thinking and pinpoint certain triggers that you allow to create negativity within yourself. Then when those thoughts come up again, shift your thinking to something more positive or reinforcing for yourself. “I love my dog/cat and he loves me” for example. Then feel the love in that moment and allow a shift to occur.
Doing this over and over can begin to make real changes in your thinking for the better.
