Magickal Adventures
Short guided meditations for children, led by Magick and Mystic, the two temple cats, inside the Crystal Temple where the crystals and the gong are awake and have opinions. They are about being calm, being kind, feeling safe and believing in yourself. Every one is free, and always will be.
Made for ages 3 to 9. Best listened to lying down, with a grown-up nearby.
Adventure 1
You climb easily, comfortably and safely onto a lily pad named Lily, floating down the river. As you float, the flowers along the water come alive, and each one offers you a gift of the spirit. Loving, kind and safe.
Adventure 2
Sammy is a wonderful little cloud who lets you climb on and floats you gently up into the sky, all the way to the gates of the Teddy Bear Kingdom. Sammy asks the gates to open. Inside, you choose your own special teddy bear, which floats straight over for a snuggle, and then all the other bears float over too. Safe and snug on the cloud, you float back down and drift off to sleep.
Adventure 3
Mystic welcomes you to the Crystal Temple and shows you the star tetrahedron in the middle of the room, your own safe vehicle for going anywhere at all. Magick holds your hand, you count down together, and off you fly to the ocean. Under the water three dolphins show you around: an octopus, a blue whale, a glowing seahorse, a big fast ride, and a sunken pirate ship full of treasure, where you trade a golden coin for five pearls of wisdom. Then the seats turn into soft beds, and Magick curls up purring beside you as you float home to sleep.
